I got a disconnect yesterday. I'm pretty sure it was mauve adder. My system has always been very stable and I haven't changed anything, so I guess the cause is at the FD end or somewhere else beyond my control. I'm expecting a lot more disconnects now that a lot of people are sitting indoors doing things on their devices using up all the bandwidth.

Had three Scarlet Krait messages after three disconnects today while laser mining. Read several posts referrring to the refinery being the culprit, uninstalled and then re-installed the 4A refinery, no help- why is this happening ?
Just to relate my experience with MAs:
I monitor my DSL connectivity in real time; the monitoring system logs all failures. As far as I can tell, every instance when I've experienced a Mauve Adder failure has coincided with a fault in my internet access. I will admit that I haven't checked all instances but, for every one that I wasn't too lazy to go check, the monitoring system showed a coincident internet-access fault.
Certainly, your mileage may vary. I have a very respectable local-network setup, but I rely on a wired connection to my desktop PC - it's just more robust.

There are loads of internet disconnection problems at the moment because of the lockdowns. It seems to be affecting one area at a time. I've had it early this week, then Virgin cut me off for 14 hours. Since then it's been OK. The disconnections are affecting both mobile (4G) and wired connections.
Same problem last 3 days for me, I'm an xbox player and have never had this issue with the game before. Game is basically unplayable unfortunately. Too bad it was one of my favorite games.
