Yes, I have my first Alt player on board......just in case I need an emergency re-fill. He's enjoying the free ride & is more use to me than the muppets I'm paying per week to keep my Carrier active;)

There is no issue.
No, it's a deliberate restriction to tie the FC to the owner.
They already caved in makin tritium 4 times as efficient

They simply dont want FC roaming around the Galaxy while their owners are in the bubble.
And to prevent threads like: " I'm In the bubble and my carrier is 50000 ly away with no fuel. And my entire fleet is on board and i dont have money to transfer my ships back to my location. Stoopid Stoopid FD!!!11!! Stoopid game"
