Lol i needed these for plasma upgrade.. go to anarchy find ceremonial comms and w8 for the weddong barge.. kill the bride and scoop the loot and w8 for the groom to turn up in 5 mins and do him away too. You will have scrap out the spout and no bounty... behaps some bad karma lol

they did say that attacking them was not a wedding present and no need to meet the in laws now

I found plenty of mechanical scrap tonight in threat level 1 "weapons fire detected" USSes in an anarchy sytem in boom.

Kill the pirates, kill the trader, scopp the scrap.

I have come across these in Combat Aftermath (and there seems to be a new one recently called High Quality ... something or other).

A theory I am working on is Combat Aftermath and other "better" USS are affected by state. I seemed to get more of these when the controlling faction was in Boom, although this might just be because i did not have illegal on so was looking out for USS. I believe state affects what USS you get, I just need to start recording things to prove it!

First time I had seen this and only after you had mentioned it, these were are Wolf 1453 and the system was indeed in a state of Boom. Also Corporate / Federation.
