You probably won't ever get a 0cr discounted ship though, as the modules are normal priced and could be sold separately.
As a result the discount on the ship itself is actually a bit higher.

I like to shop discounted stuff for cheap rebuys.

I still hope we will have a chance to get discounted Reactive Surface Composites for the big ones, cause that's what really hurts.
