Sounds like a nice culture you have at FD. MTG at lunchtimes sounds fun: we did gaming lunchtimes where I am but convincing people to even take lunch breaks can be hard sometimes.

In some ways this is a painful article for me to read: I'm pretty sure I could get a job at FD if I really tried hard but moving the family to Cambridge would be another matter...
