Melanistic, albinism and luesistic options in sand box mode

I am really hoping that in sandbox mode we will be able to choose if offspring will be albino, Melanistic or any other color variation based on preference. Not only will it be interesting to be able to see the albino/Melanistic and luesistic animals on release but it would make people adore the to the extent of wanting to try their best to get them in their franchise zoos.

If you can get a albino Nile monitor, tiger, lion, king cobra, or many others don’t you think that would enhance replay ability especially if you can see them first day of release and think they are stunning I want to get them and set them as goals it would allow you to play virtually forever in franchise mode, also you could breed them in franchise mode and because of the obviously high demand for such colourations you could make a very successful business thus making even more depth to everything that just started from being able to see them in sandbox mode and setting your long term goals in game.

I’m ranting a bit now but let me know what you think, do you agree/disagree. Why? Tell me below and leave a like if you are even slightly interested in the idea of this sandbox feature....
I will leave this to the community🤞😀.

I think some things, even in a sandbox mode, should be left alone. This being one of them.

I don't share the same opinion as you, that it'd make the sandbox mode more enjoyable and increase its longevity. I think it'll harm it.

You'll have everything you want from the get go and it leaves no 'wow' moments for such a rare occurrence to happen.

If we were to meet in the middle I could maybe agree that there should be an option to up the chances of giving birth to such an animal however to not garuntee it, to keep it as a really rare animal to possess.

I believe creativity in sandbox mode should be limitless and if I want to see these animals when the game is released I should be allowed in sandbox mode, plus in seeing these beautiful alternatives to our original animals will increase the longevity of franchise mode and others modes as it will show people what is possible and what is rare making people grind with clear goals in mind. This would obviously be an option that can be switched on and off for people like you. There would be no harm in adding a feature which would allow the people who want to see to see and the people who don’t, don’t have to.

I’d much rather it to be random, to be honest I don’t see this to be necessary...this isn’t a game where you’re choosing the color of your car, it’s an animal.

The only way I could find a middle ground is on the animal market, maybe frontier has a leucistic lion for x amount of CC then you have a greater change of breeding babies with that gene shown

And just a fun fact, lions and tigers cannot be albino :) since they do have pigment and albinos are classed as lacking

Sandbox is essentially about having unlimited funds and unlimited access to everything you'd normally have to spend time researching. It doesn't, or at least shouldn't, grant you access to hidden features in a game such as breedable genetics or breedable stats. You should still have some kind of a challenge, or goal to aspire to.

So I personally don't think this should be implemented in the game.

Right 1 it’s not a real animal and if I want a albino/ luesistic animal I should have the choice especially in sandbox mode. And lions can be white and so can tigers, I really don’t see your point all animals can be luesistic, albinistic or Melanistic some much much less common then others but Melanism, albinism and luesism are all products of gene mutations not a certain species. Both lions and tigers both have been white because of pigment variations so yeh your wrong in a bit mate.

As I said it should be optional for people who don’t want to, but the definition of sandbox mode in context of games is “A sandbox is a style of game in which minimal character limitations are placed on the gamer, allowing the gamer to roam and change a virtual world at will. In contrast to a progression-style game, a sandbox game emphasizes roaming and allows a gamer to select tasks.” This emphasises my point it is a mode where “minimal character limitations are placed” meaning I should be able to have an albino/luesistic giraffe if I want and nothing should stop me. Everything in sandbox mode should be an option as it is there for the creativity of people and also testing. So if you tell me this point is invalid you are indeed wrong as everybody should be able to create and test at will in sandbox with no limitations or barriers!

You asked for what people think, and then tell anyone that disagrees with you that they're wrong. Sounds like you're just looking for a fight rather than a discussion, so I'm not even going to continue with this.

Had the same with him in a different topic.. Can't take critisism, thinks his feature is a great idea (actually among the worst ideas on this forum), starts pointing fingers and tries to pick a fight. Surprised they allow this much on this forum...
People like that should be ignored on this forum and IRL.. Let this topic die out, stop posting...

Lol 😂 Albinism is not the same as leucistic, I’m a zoologist/wildlife biologist in training “mate” I know exactly what I’m talking about.

Albinism is a complete lack of pigment leucistic is partial, meaning they do have some pigment, most notably in their eyes.

With that being said, no one is going to get anywhere here. I’m done. As it seems you post solely to start fights, if people don’t share/like your idea, they are wrong.

I don’t support your idea, sorry.

Why would I list both albinism and luesism if they were the same thing, albinism is where the animal lacks the melanin pigment throughout every part of the body whereas luesism is where it lack most melanin but has Some pigment in the eyes and sometimes in patches of the body making the lack the traditional red eyes of the albino variations so yeah I know exactly how the genetic mutations occur and everything about them so wrong again. In a bit mate.

You’ve literally repeated the same thing Tiger said, and you obviously don’t know the difference as you said “Albino lion or tiger” which is Impossible.

Can you stop looking for every opportunity to argue and fight? Like people are fed up, you’re not proving anything

Stop.

Don't bother, they don't want to listen. Just don't bother replying and the thread will die, otherwise it'll just be a never ending fight. Some people just don't want to learn or be corrected.

Yeah I’m out... I just can’t.
But it’s just sad that someone feels the need to attack another user.
