If I have a relatively fast, but more importantly, a cold ship, there's really no point in mines if all I plan to do is run anyway, right? I'd rather just keep my heat below 20% and get out of dodge while interdicting NPCs struggle to lock onto me to perform their scan. I'm in Mobius, so I shouldn't have to worry about other players.
