Minerva CG decal - how to collect it

I recently participated in the MINERVA CG and hauled a bunch of Power Generators over there during the past 2 weeks or so. I dropped by Minerva today and got paid, but saw no evidence of how to get or where to look for the mentioned 'decal' one gets awarded. Anyone know where it be? Thx

You need a Time Machine unfortunately.

They were available in the store from September 20th to October 21st, the time of the anniversary along with some Ruby paint jobs.
