An exclusive environment could be added to manage aquatic creatures, a separate map different from the rest, where we could create our own aquatic exhibition with mini exhibits.

Animals could be added such as:

Small mini-exhibits would be a perfect compromise between having small dinosaurs and not having to deal with certain aspects of the game development process to implement them in full.

I'm fine with looped animations. Do what Zoo Tycoon 1 did.
