Crucially, >2.5% at the start of the final day of the retreat. Influence on days before then, higher or lower, is irrelevant.
You won't know in advance what the final day is, of course - normal duration is 5-7 days but occasional ones outside that have been seen.
And check in station reports, from memory the side panel does not show the exact figures. In the past I've been caught by factions being 2.51% that show 2.5% and me wondering whats going on.
