Mining in Colonia

Hey commanders of colonia,

is there a station/place which sells all of the new (and old) mining equipment or is some station-hopping required?

Thanks for any help to shorten the outfitting of a minig t-10.

Everything is pristine in colonia, isn't it? Would you recommend mining in the colonia-bubble or head outside a bit?

Whirling Station has almost all of it. (And Whirling is the only large pad station with the pulse wave utility, so you may as well start there)

And yes, all pristine, so it won't make much difference where you mine.
