Mining questions / Laser mining asteroid identification.

The y-axis is the number of asteroids in each bin. There is one bin per percent. So just by ocular inspection I would say between 1600 and 2000.

Note: These are only asteroids containing LTDs. Asteroids without LTDs are not included.
I'd have thought that 0% LTD asteroids were relevant for a proper analysis, as you still might expend a prospector limpet on one. As such they contribute to lowering "prospecting hit" efficiency.

It depends on what you want to analyse. For the relative time between asteroids that are ”minable” depending on your ”minable” condition, the 0-content asteroids are not relevant.

Getting the information of 0% asteroids in the Borann rings out of the logs would be more of a hassle. The way I did it now was to parse the logs for prospected asteroids containing LTDs without taking system into account. If I included 0% asteroids that would also count all asteroids in painite hotspots (where there are no LTDs) the way the script is written now.

It would be possible to parse the logs for the jump into Borann and only take the following asteroids into account, but it would require further programming.
