MINING: Refinery Filters

A quality of life improvement directed at mining.
Refinery filters!
check/un-check boxes to instruct refinery what to refine/vent.

Say you are mining Osmium for a CG.. all you want is osmium. Allows player to prospect instead of micro-manage their refinery constantly during collection.

Say you are mining for credits in a pristine metallic ring and just want 'the 3 P's' (painite, platinum & palladium), it would vent any other minerals/metals.

It not hard to manage the bens. I able to collect the ores I want by venting out the ores that are not needed.
 
Sure you are able to. And it fills your time doing so. I do the same. I'm talking about improvements that would make mining more enjoyable for more players. Like flagging a rock for your wing mates so you can move on instead of sit there and wait for them to finish mining their rock to prospect the one I found so I can move on and prospect more. It's great to all mine the same rock at the same time but can create some issues with some players based on different loadouts (more limpets, etc.). I'm welcome to hearing your solutions/additions to give mining some dev love.

I particularly like this one, though I haven't tried mining in a wing yet.

It could be achieved by changing the programming on the prospector limpet already fired at the roid. The limpet could become persistent so that it is now a beacon and doesn't auto destruct when another prospector is fired. It should probably still use the same limpet lifetime, so A module limpets would expire in 12 minutes.

I'll add this suggestion to the list. - edit - done, filtering ores is already there.
