Minor factions question.

Is there anywhere that gives a bit of info about minor factions ie a bit about their history and what they stand for?

After all, if I’m going to go and massacre a load of them, it’d be nice to at least know something about them.

There’s flavour text for each government type that varies between alegiances.
Alliance Patronages have slightly different story to Imperial Patronages.

PMFs have their flavour text in the GalMap on their home system, but standard “government type” text on their other systems.
Some of the PMF flavour text can be pretty lore breaking, but some groups put good thought into their short backstory.
