Missing 8400 ARX

Hello,

I recently purchased the Xbox version of ED, then an hour later, bought the Horizons pack, which advertised 8400 free ARX.

Having tried it last night, I notice that I have a balance of 22 ARX and that's all.

Can anyone advise?

Digital version...
Youll likely find it was a bundle offer and when you buy stand alone upgrades they don't apply
Microsofts Xbox online store URL for the games on Xbox will likely show ZERO offers as the standalone versions will have no offers..

If you pay For both at the Same time up front for commanders or deluxe editions in a single purchase then you get extras...
Buying the standard edition than upgrading won't get you the bonuses...

As soon as you purchase any core game you are normaly blocked from buying combo products as you have the core game allready and are auto diverted to the Expansion only...
The game is not currently on sale so if you purchase digitaly on Xbox the via Digtial store you will have been pushed to the expansion only..

Physical versions..
Buying combo BD versions this long after the original Version won't come with arx the Physical BD version was made long before the ARX store... and its very likely the codes for the unlocks are expired

You are, of course, correct.

A more careful scan of the offer shows that it was for the Deluxe Edition. I bought ED thinking I would play it for a while, then get Horizons, but at just £6.59 for the expansion, I thought: "Sod it," and picked up Horizons later on the same day.
