Missing dlc, cant contact

On my computer i have installed the conservation dlc. i have switched to my laptop and it says i have not bought it which i have. on my previous zoo i have an animal from the dlc and its there, but i cant place anything new from it. i cannot contact support either. what can i do?

On the steam library there should be an installed dlc section when selecting planet zoo. Enter that section and find the conservation dlc and ensure it has the check mark , I would unselect it then select it again to force a validation check by steam. Ideally then you want to verify your game to check any missing files - right click planet zoo - properties - local files , then run the verify game files and hope that fixes it

hello everyone.
I did the same steps but for me it does not work...
My bought dlcs are only available in sand box mode

It is very frustrating to buy dlcs which are only available in sandbox mode.
Do smone has an idea how to solve this issue?

You need to research the building items first in the meachanic research in challenge/franchise mode.

and you only have to do it once in Franchise and the research will continue to each new one you create.
