I know this suggestion is a far stretch but I always felt Planet Coaster (2) lacked shows, cinema's, etc. Hopefully we will see something like this in Planet Coaster 2. Below a concept of how something -could- potentially work.
Modular seatings
Ofcourse the setup and shape should be customisable. In order to do this I think you need modular seats which can be placed freely. They should align perfectly when you place then next to each other (vertical and horizontal). Maybe the seatings can come in 3 basic shapes like Small / Medium / Big.
Show Entrance
The entrance could be similar to the hotel entrance. Just a little black entrance box that can be dressed up however you like. In a perfect world, once inside people should walk up the stairs of the modular seats finding their proper seat. However I can imagine this is very complicated so in a lesser perfect but still fine solution the guests could simply spawn from the entrance onto their seat.
Connecting
After the entrance and modular seatings have been placed the seatings should be connected to the entrance in the same style of how hotels worked in Planet Coaster 1. After selecting the game will know which seats are connected to which entrance.
Mixmaster
In the end, a mixmaster can be attached to the show (Entrance box) to determine how often the show should start (and open up for guests), or set it to start at specific times during the day. Needless to say, also all the animations / movies / sound effects should be attached (and timed) to the mixmaster as well. This way you can create a real show with effects, music, billboards and whatever this game has to offer.
Gameplay
Every show should have running costs based of the amount of seats connected and effects played. If your show is not attracting enough people, you will potentially lose money. Basically how every other ride in Planet Coaster 2 works.
Example's
I think this would be a plausible way to make shows like MovieParks Stuntshow or Eftelings Ravelijn come to live in Planet Coaster. Since the seats are modular you can do everything from a small cozy indoor water fountain show, all the way up to a big stadium concert with light effects. Or something in between like a park Cinema that plays your movie on one of the billboards. I think the possibilities will be endless and can spark another round of creativity!

Since Shows are a big thing in Themeparks, that would be a neat solution. Hopefully not too much work to implement
