Normal missions have given me plenty. Shame there is no way of storing them as I chucked them all away

plenty of them in the sol system. are you allied to the factions as i believe this increases your chances of getting them. i found its mainly transporting rich tourists.

A guaranteed source are the rescue missions at the damaged stations. I got a ton of them last night.

Yep. Confirmed. they are a bit rare, but they are at damaged stations

They are given as mission rewards for passenger missions originating in Industrial systems ONLY, as far as I could tell. For example, I farmed mine relatively easily doing bulk passengers missions in Eravate (I am Elite in trade FYI) and am allied with all factions there. Only one faction (Eravate School of Commerce) was providing them, not sure why.

I've had loads in the past from Missions but since getting the Quent invite I can't find any anywhere!
I've tried HighTech/Industrial in Boom state as I read somewhere they were offered there, I've allied up with many factions but they never come up for me, it's gotten to the point that I already know there won't be any before I've even checked the Mission Board.

Good to hear about Passinger Missions giving them though, I'll check that out.

When I got them the system (though not the faction I was receiving them from) was in Boom state.

I've been tossing them out of the airlock, getting a ton of them from the attacked station evacuation passenger missions.....
