More Information in the Zoopedia

For those who like to plan ahead of things, the Zoopedia is quite lacking in terms of informing players of habitat preferences. The most notable exclusions being no terrain ranges or foliage density of the exhibit. These would be nice things to include in the Zoopedia.

That would be a tricky one, especially with mixed enclosures.

And there's no standard.. If I choose to make a 1.5, 2 or 3,8x bigger than recommended, it's different.
Adding pecentages (for example) would be also confusing for a lot of players, also some trees have more influence on the foliage than others

Some indication could help. The recommended closure needs a lot of type tree.

What I mean is, Frontier should add the existing terrain ranges per type (which already use percentages) from when you select an animal to the zoopedia (as well as the foliage density). I posted some pictures of what I'm referring to.

I understand you, forgot there's also such a tab on the exhibit itself :D

I don't see the plant ranges working like that, maybe just the percentage like in the exhibit menu.

I can see the terrain ranges working like that, on the zoopedia page.

It would be cool if you could have in the exhibit window an extra tab where you can set which and how many animals you want to keep in this exhibit and it would just displays you terrain ranges, size and foliage requirements as if the animal would already be in the exhibit. that would help a lot to layout bigger sections of the Zoo with multiple exhibits
