More than 4 pterosaurs escape at a time

Usually, when chaos would come to the park, from storms or my own doing, I can’t help but notice that only 4 pterosaurs ever escape at a time.

It does strike me as odd since I could expect the dinosaurs to gradually leave their enclosures, hunt guests and other dinosaurs, and get into fights for food and territory, and this could be done in the hundreds depending on the predator population in my parks.

With pterosaurs, I cannot help but notice only 4 ever escape at a time. Those 4 would be the only ones out and every other pterosaur would remain in the aviary, even if the aviary has openings and lacks any food or water source for them to remain in their enclosures, resulting in them rather starving to death than escape and find food elsewhere.

Is this a limitation to make handling pterosaurs easier? Or a limitation to keeping the game optimized?

I am running this game on PS5, and I was wondering if the limit could be loosened up a bit. The dream is to have no limit so that if an aviary breakout happens, the consequence of incubating so many pterosaurs would reflect how dangerous the breakout is. If a limit is needed, however, could it be raised to 20 or at least 10 pterosaurs at a time? 4 feels very underwhelming and makes any risk of incubating a lot of pterosaurs feel very inconsequential.
