Pretty sure you'll have to see if that glitch is reproduceable and then write a bug report.
I just bought that if it jumps on another map and another game. but it is an error that I encountered frequently on ps4. the animal leaves the incubation building and indicates that the shark is missing. however when the error does not occur, the animal goes out and indicates: looking for food, then it finds the shark and jumps for it

I dunno man, that doesn't sound much like a bug. Whenever a dinosaur leaves a hatchery, it starts with no territory and begins to expand its territory to find food, water, land, etc.
Looks like you didn't understand the mechanics. Open the 2nd tab of the animal's info window and observe the blue radius. Only when the shark feeder is within this circle will it be used
