Most profitable trade routes are PC only?

Hi, I'm a bit confused

It appears that, we, console players failed to receive our invitation to the upcoming meta-alloy CG.
Surely, this is an error, and just an unfortunate accident of it being misplaced.
Just thought I'd bring this attention of whoever it may concern ahead of time.


Oh, and one other thing, which I will preface by stating categorically that, I am not a hater, that is to say, that I am not saying, "I want you to take away those nice shinny things those other people have, because I don't have one."

As it stands PC has exclusive rights to the best financial trade routes, VR support, downloadable expansion content, and net-code. It's a bit overkill.

Moving the new meta-alloy vendors over to a Horizons planet would be a nice token-gesture to us console players, who are left behind quite too often.

I really don't want them to remove it for you guys. But I think it deserves some attention, seeing as how its hand placed, and really does just feel like a kick to the groin when you're already down.

(Not from me, I couldn't care less and haven't logged in for a few weeks anyway so it's no skin off my nose.)

I'm curious about why you're bothered about what pc players do and don't do though, since it doesn't affect console players in any way. Hell, it doesn't even affect other PC players in any meaningful way. I mean you're saying you're not salty but then the salinity level does seem to rise a little. Just saying.

But if you knew what it was like, living in the trenches of console's continuous battery of disappoint, that is, then you would likely share and understand the pain we endure. It can feel, at times, like denigration. Especially when it comes to things like bestowing random exclusive gameplay advantages with zero explanation.

And like my preferred mode of gameplay is Xeno research, man. Like, seriously, what? I have to farm my meta alloys like a scrub doing resets, while everyone else can literally make 782 ton cargo runs.You know how many hours it takes to farm that many meta alloys?

Anyway, that is why the post comes off the way it does.

The supply is static from whats been noticed, hence, its thought to be hand placed.

With an extremely low 2k supply, you only get to do 3 loops and that supply will be done for maybe a week or longer.

Since planetary ports tend to be forgotten, I wouldn't be surprised if there are more meta-alloy sources out there that haven't been EDMC scanned yet. Or maybe it's a bug and they'll disable those supplies - it's weird how it's only atmosphere planets showing up with meta alloy supplies (and it's the only thing they sell) and we haven't had any galnet developments regarding meta alloys. They shouldn't be getting commonly mined in the bubble like that since they are the reason sirius and the superpowers go out of their way to setup bases in the nebulas, fighting through thargoid presence.
