Move “Recently Used Colors” Row To Top of Color Selection Menu

As a console player, it would be so unbelievably helpful if the recently used color row was moved to the top of the color selection menu. The point of the row is to be a time saver, but if I still have to click past the entire color selection panel to get there, it’s not saving much time.
