Multi crew deploying heat sinks/cell banks

Is there a way to lock these off from the gunners role?

Edit: Apparntly there is not. THIS is something that needed to be added. For real.

As the commander of my ship..i should be able to prevent a newbie from deploying all my shield cell banks by accident while deploying my landing gear in the middle of a fight and jizzing himself at the same time.

Can we also throw chaff in there are well because I have gunners who don't use it when fighting enemies with tracking weapons.

It seems like its almost too obvious to be something that was missed. Maybe im missing something.

the pilot is not locked out from using chaff, heatsinks and SCBs*... the problem is that the pilot has no option to deny the gunner access to those

*:if you have assigned extra keys or those utilities, you can still use them.
