both me and my friends have tried port forwarding and still the game is a disconnect fest with a team... mind you we are all fortunate enough to live in areas with high speed internet available.. it's on frontiers end.. but perhaps you will have better luck

What's your internet speed? How much latency does the game reports in the network menu?
I think I remember like 256 milliseconds for me. Over 50 MB broadband connection out of the UK.

Did u set a static IP for each player on both routers and then u added the forwarding for player Alice at port 5100 and player Bob at port 5200 protocol UDP. Go ingame network menu set port for each one.

Use different ports if u re in the same lan. Can't use both 5100 as port.

Then both firewalls exceptions for incoming and out connections each on their respective ports for protocol UDP? In windows software firewall and the router firewall.

I hate networking as much as you guys, that's why I love game with transparent connections.

Didn't have time yet to test it extensively. The first test worked out like charm indeed.

What's your internet speed? 786.5 Mbps Down and 208.3 up don't remember my ping off hand but I don't think it was anything high

We have attempted every reddit post fix idea we can find.. honestly no multiplayer game should have consumer go thru so many loops just to use the product.. I get you love the game but this is on frontiers end to fix .. they NEED to implement systems that just work.

Two things : one, them underestimating the importance of a good respawn system is I believe a monumental mistake.

Second, by any metrics my activity in the game surely account for mostly solo play. But I assure you I'd not be playing alone if multiplayer actually worked. I got several people to put in 5$ to try out base game, they liked it, but I am purposefuly not marketing Odyssey to them as I have too much respect for my friends to push current multiplayer experience on them.
