Yes this is to be implemented. I will probably make use of the other 2 slots to have instant, real time market information from 2 other locations without having to travel there. I believe this tactic is also used in EVE.
See, this is exactly why I am so vehemently opposing any artifical obscurity on the markets. Only tools like Slopeys Best Price calculator will prevent gameplay like this.
I hate having to relog just to get information which enable me to play the way I want. One of the major reasons why I never got deeply into EVE Online.
I really hope Frontier at least know about and ackknowledge these kind of situations in their design.
I don't really see this type of behaviour being very viable, unless you have very limited systems you trade between, with only a jump or two in between. Plus, anyone could come in and flood / buy up the market by the time you got there (depending on the volatility of the market). But maybe I'm not thinking it through enough
