Multiple suggestions

I propose several suggestions (in no particular order).

1) Add a zero thickness rimless transparent square that accepts a user texture. This square should be globally scalable as well as independently scale in the X and Y direction (relative axis only). In this way almost anything can receive a texture.
2) Add indendent X, Y, and Z scaling to all 3D primitives (relative axis only). Ideally these primitives would allow user textures (don't forget to include the templates).
3) Include a park entrance without any graphics. This way anybody could add graphics as appropriate.

Improve internationalization.

4) Make the currency symbol user selectable (multiple characters and full ISO code support please). This does mean that the number of decimals should also be selectable (0, 2, or 3). It also means all prices must be user changable (maybe a conversion factor could help users to do this quickly).
5) Allow the user to tweak percentages of crowd generation (age, gender, skin color) to better reflect the local crowd as this varies around the world.
6) Provide more user controlable variation of clothing options as this also varies between locations. Don't forget facial hair for males.

Improve shops, food, and drink vendors.

7) Make all components configurable and add additional component options.
8) Add optional items to all shops, food, and drink vendors. Make 3D objects optional (and provide more).
9) Add additional user configurable features to all visitors and link all features to components and other preferences.
10) In addition to the shop and counter also include just a till for shops, food, and drink vendors (allowing us to build any kind of shop).
11) Include retaurants and hotels. Possibly also include stage shows drawing in public.

Finally.

12) Include a configurable one direction filter on a path. Let the user construct a formula using AND, OR, NOT, XOR with brackets using visitor features (including age and gender but don't include skin color). This makes control of visitor streams far better and better reflect actual parks.
13) Make the texts on signs accept more characters and line breaks. This would make signs way more useable.
14) In genral give the user more control over which attractions will please which visitors and allow attractions to be created in buildings without requiring a ride. This way a user can define any kind of attraction and use unforeseen elements in making a park more attractive.

Thanks for your attention.

Great ideas! Especially about textures and signage...

My one question would be about user textures. There may well be an answer for this that I just don't understand as of yet. But if you select a texture for a piece, then scale it up, will not the texture also scale up? And if so, then every other piece also needs to scale up to the exact same amount. That's not a problem, but what if you need to scale another of those pieces to fit into an open spot, either scaled up or down...how can you have the texture on that new piece match the scale on the pieces previously placed? Of if the new piece needs to be rotated slightly, like to fill in an angle? How would you at the end make sure that all the textures on different sized pieces or different placement all line up? This is what I don't quite understand.

I suppose there must be some way to reference all those textures to what's on one 'master' object' so they can all line up with it? Or you group all the textures together and then assign a texture to the entire group and it ignore the differences in scaling or placement?

I know little as to what is possible, but am wondering how the idea of custom textures (which I think is great and I really support it) would work?
