It finally happened ...I got shot down by another commander. I've rarely been interdicted as I'm usually flying under the radar or in something so fearsome that pirates don't even bother. Today though I was doing the community goal in my big fat Lakon 9 and was an easy target.
I had no chance of winning the interdiction, no chance of boosting away and no chance of defeating my opponent in combat... Despite having type A everything.
I had to watch as he melted my shields and took out my jump drive.
I had to just sit there as my canopy shattered and I exploded into a thousand pieces!
Lost over seven million credits!
Bloody brilliant!
I'm still shaken a few hours later!
