I've heard some people talk about wanting to mod this game but really all I think it really needs is a way to customize music. A simple way to add or replace our own songs to game events would make this game feel more "jurassic" as I'm sure a lot of the players like myself own copies of the movie soundtracks and would love to toss some of the movie tunes into the game alongside the already awesome music. Also the option to adjust how often the random music plays. I personally wish I could set it for continuous so there's always some music playing. Anyway this is just my idea. 1 of only 2 things I want to see added to this game. The other just being 1993 Jurassic Park skins for the buildings and tour vehicles.

He added his proposal for a music editor - which I don't think is necessary, but I like the idea nevertheless - that doesn't mean he doesn't want to see anything else besides that in the game.
It was still quite a weird request for such a barebones game... wouldn't it be quicker to just silence it and play music on the background? Just a thought, unless you're fine with waiting 6 months just for that

If that feature would take them 6 months to make, Frontier is the slowest company of mankind. It shouldn't take more than a month. Maybe even less.
If you play music in the background, you will not hear anything from the game. The main reason I don't listen to music while gaming as well...
So go to the settings/sound and turn off music. Everething else will work fine

But Ansel wasn't on all platforms. Sound settings is just fine and personally don't believe that Devs add this function simply for one reason - we have original music and if somebody needs something else, he must improvised.

If I have music on my speakers right next to the TV, the mashup of sounds will still sound bad. Doesn't change anything. Then I'll have to turn down the music every time, something is announced in the game...
