My account seems to have disappeared

Someone please help me. I have had the season pass, and the base game since 2015, but now when trying to play from steam, its trying to make me "redeem" a CD Key. NOTHING i do gets me past this. Ive redeemed the GD key 15 times, tried the steam log in, NOTHING is working here.
 
My account was working a few hours ago, now neither steam or direct let me play. The launcher is Orange and it says install.
 
yeah, don't panic. give it some time, probably a server issue.

i'm having real high latency in the game too

There seems now to be an issue i have already sent in a support ticket and there is another thread entitles Frontier Store Issue.

Pleasd to hear its not my idiocy, sorry thatits the first time in ages I have had a achance and that being a Saturday will it get mended?
 
Same has happened for me. I have Elite Dangerous on Steam and I have a separate one on the Frontier site, paid for separately with separate Email addresses. Neither of them work. My PS4 game seems to be unaffected though
 
Yeah same issue here. Steam launch either has "Update required" launcher error come up, or tells me the game isn't installed. Managed to kind of work around by relogging in the launcher, which launched the game, but it just hangs on "logging in" in game, so I'm guessing it's something server related.
