my game is totally broken

i am so dissappointed. i already had 3 solid zoo's and every time after at least 15hours on each something happens and i cant play anymore. When trying to load any of my old saves files I get stuck on loading screen....starting from scratch again and again is super frustrating...but i did afterall because today the only thing that worked was a new game.....after 30min when i started to hire employees i wanted to place a vet and the cursor changed but the vet did not appear and the whole game started to act weird and froze and i had to go to windows and stop the process to be able to do something. the whole game is broken for me and i really tried but i am tired of trying...please fix it, i have reported this together with so many people but there is no direct answer to these issues. i read and heard 1000x how hard Frontier team is working on bugs but these issues are piling and come up so late that refund with steam is not possible so all i can do is wait and hope that 3rd patch will do something to allow me to not to regret the money i spent...very sad :(

Of course i did but all the main bugs that bother me are not.adressed at all...all are reported by other ppl too but have status "confirming" since day 1...i also sent the corrupted zoo file but no response whatsoever....they wabat feedback but never.adress issues directly to individual reports of bugse...

seems i have a solution...reinstalled whole game and my initial save that couldnt load works and also in the new one i can now place the vet...reinstall seemed to do the trick....so far so good

have the same problem!!! a franchise zoo i worked more than 60 hours on is not loading anymore..... my other zoo is:unsure:o_O
i have reported it through their issue tracker and hope they can save my zoo 😰😭

sorry to hear that, is your new game working fine? my wasnt after a while and reinstall helped...hope you get it working too

My newer one was also working with my first one but now newer one is the only one working.

Anyway I submitted the issue with my game file so hopefully they can fix the issue for everyone.

i hope so to, i reported it also and hope they can fixed my saved game, i did not send any file to them, where did you do that?
I seriously hope they can fix the save because for me it's the second time something goes wrong and i lost a park.....

i just checked an earlier saved file of the zoo and that one is working for now.
Strangest part is that more than 70 animals have been transported to the commerce center and don't show up in my zoo animal list anymore.
So now i have to put 78 animals back into their enclosure, clicking on them individually
