3 days ago I got a rEvolve headstrap for htc vive. Does anyone use it in ED ?
I have to say that it fulfills its role, removes the weight from the face and adds on the forehead and back of the head

A flip feature works a bit reluctantly, but you can get used to it.
Headstrap build quality is medicore cos of 3D printed technology.
Overall is quite comfortable for longer use than orginal one.

Have you tried the DAS? How does it compare on comfort alone?

That definately seems interesting. How it fits to your face? I men that with tradional, default headstrap it is necessary to keep straps relatively thight to that Vive stayes close to face.

I suspect a loaded spring - when you fold them down they'd push against you slightly. Surely it can't just be gravity? Tension screw?

I just saw the retail price, they're more expensive than than the Deluxe Audio Strap!

there is loaded spring only in flip-lock button , whole forces are on the top of your forehead and slight pushes the back of the head, is quite heavy builded, weight is around 0,4 kg ,feelings are similar to wearing a helmet (motorbike) , HMD touching face but not pressing it at all. I bought it for 95$ + transport so almost the same price as deluxe audio headstrap. CEO of this company bump price up but I'm thinking is only temporary cos production delays..

EDIT: Worth to mention they bundled it with 6mm VR Cover
