Yes been playing free falcon for the last 4 years, they update like every month, i sometimes think its like an old man on life support who just isnt allowed to die but you would not believe the amount of REALLY hard work and effort that has gone into free falcon to get it to this stage.
It is also important to note free falcon is not some game you can just jump into and play, because its not an arcade or easy game to learn. there is an almost vertical learning curve you need to get passed and is made to be as realistic as flying a real f16, so you need to be up on your instruments and hsd panels, even to the point where you even have to set up the oxygen pressure for your mask. however you do have the option to load in ramp start (not recommend for beginners) taxi (most of the plane is switched on and ready to go) or Take off. It takes about 15 minutes to do a ramp start and god help you if you get into a fight and you forgot to activate the master arm switch or something like that.
I play free falcon as a 3 way lan link up with my cousin and my mate. We make a regular weekend of it, with no women, beer and take away. below is a few pics of our setup we have.
we all have track ir headsets, Thrustmaster Hotas control sticks, and driving pedals that work the plane rudder. I used to play with just a saitek joystick but when i got all this It really made the game for me, i could never go back now, the gadgets made such a difference
