What a waste of time!!

I got this 'mission' with a lat/long reference on a planet. Took me an absolute age to find the spot.

"Crashed ship laden with valuable cargo" = 6 canisters with minor stuff.

"real money earned from scanning data core" = 30k for federation.

Seriously?

If your going to make it that difficult to find using lat/long at least make it worth the hassle. Minimum 500k IMHO.

That's 1.5 hours wasted in the game I won't get back.....

Oh and I should have added it was labelled as stolen (I should have figured that out), so I had to go out of my way to find a working black market.

Not impressed. i won't be doing those again :(

The payout for the one I took was also peanuts, approx 35k. Seems like these have been nerfed inadvertently among the other changes FD is throwing into the mix.

I think this is a shame, these missions could be a lot of fun, if the payment at least would match the time spent as in a RES. 3-10mills, and these missions would be real fun.

Much much higher payouts and disallow mission stacking for everything that isn't cargo/data delivery... that's the way to diversity.

There's a countless things to do in ED, but we can't do them because we need credits...

I totally enjoy those tip offs.. sometimes i get rewarded with 2 a 3 million.. sometimes i arrive to late, and the big cash is gone.. (yes, there is a time limit)

But above all.. i "ENJOY" doing them.. if you don't enjoy it, do something else..

Really dusty there has been far more impressive necro threads out there there was one that was over a year old 4months back

Off toping I know - but....

What's wrong with Necromancy if the update is relevant to an old post ? - If your gonna complain about it then they shouldn't show up in a search when someones doing research to see if a similar thread is already ongoing, or if they do they should be locked automatically so updates can't be made.

You are right.

Im my context, i replied on OP, then i noticed this was almost a month ago.. Im not referring to the thread it self, but to my reply on OP.

I have done a couple of the missions, and had rewards from a few thousands of credits to over a million credits. I did find it fun, but I can see why some Players don't like them.
