I would like to see a wing of modded Battle-T7:s going around griefing griefers! The fighters alone could pack a real punch.
That's what I told my wife.
So, the method is:
1. Fly around in a T7 looking for a fight.
2. Fight to the death.
3. Upload the 1 fight out of 26 that you actually won
This proves nothing other than Nitek is as seasoned a pilot as you can get in this game and that the Cutter pilot wasn't. 2 equal pilots would result in an exploding T7 every time.
Technically speaking he uploaded three fights in his t7.. I quite like the one against the python but it can't be linked here. heh, its a winner if only for the awesome revamped, remastered, mind-numbling airwolf tune. [cool]
In that thread, yeah, it's gotten a little cringe worthy. But if you're referring to the PvP community as a whole then I have to kindly disagree. The majority of PvPers check their egos at the door. There does seem to be a lot of fawning in that part of the community. Even the hints of it which spill over here are sometimes good for a chuckle.
And apparently he also needed room for his ballsHe didn't sacrifice his cargo capacity.... he was transporting hull reinforcement packages. [haha]
And when mans like him can run amok, and no one do anything about them? Than something is not right. Than justice is too soft, perfect situations the wolves to arrive and have their ways on the lambs.
About the poor noobs? Well... What you can say or do about it alone? Not too much. They are either getting used to it, or go elsewhere. All you can do is to warn them tell them what's the bare minimum. what they must always keep in mind. If they don't? Like while the last community event and you have to explain them in the middle of a griefer attack, while you fired upon? What you can do? Give them a darwin award, and a pat to their back, with some comforting words. Better luck next time, because if you don't understand the warning, and there is no time to explain? What's remains? Learning the hard way.
Call back a minimally armored asp in hope it can land and you can get aboard and take off, to pick up the fight, before shot down? Chances are 0.000001%
Chances to win against 3 well armed griefer? below zero. The smart thing is to run.
shameful? Think this if you like. Better than to be a sitting duck, who already announced his presence by shouting warnings into the radio.
