Need a tutorial how to go to colonia

in want to tavel fom lhs 1447 to colonia i know we use neutron highway but how can i find it in the galaxy map.somebody should make a video to teach us how to travel far distace.

1. Open Galaxy Map.
2. Select Destination.
3. Frame Shift Jump until you reach destination.

That's really all there is to it. N* boosting is not required, unless you simply cannot abide that traveling vast distances takes time.

If this is the case, be sure to select Use Jet-Cone Boost from your route plotting options.

If for some reason your destination exceeds the 20k LY limit of the route plotter, you'll have to pick a destination that is closer and jump there first before plotting a course the rest of the way. My current course, which is nowhere near Colonia, has no jet cones along it, but if I happen on one at some point, I'll make a video. It's not terrible hard, just fly into the cone, in a direction that is facing away from the star, and do your best to keep yourself steady until you see the message that your FSD has been overcharged.

Flying into the cone facing the star is nearly certain death.

And just in case

Have a fuel scoop fitted first

What the people above said. Neutron stars also just quadruple (or tripple?!?) your jump range. Means, if your range is really bad, that will just be a few times more bad.
The neutron star overcharging will also damage your modules. Very slowly, about 1% each charge, but you might want to take a AFMU with you (Automatic Field Maintenance Unit, right? The repair thingie...)
In case you are new to this: Colonia is really far away and you are going to have to jump 200+ times with a very good range and with neutron boost.

Step 1.

Hire kids from Kathy Lee Giffords sweat shop.

Step 2.

Make kids fly you out to colonia with no breaks.

Step 3.

Send rented kids back to Kathy Lee Giffords sweat shop.

Step 4.

Enjoy Colonia.

Has Colonia got any more interesting since a year ago?

Only I'd say think a bit before committing to a "new life" on the frontier.

It would be a good idea to gain some rep with Elvira Martuuk, Liz Ryder, Todd McQuinn and The Dweller before you leave, if you haven't already. You need these to gain access to the Colonia Engineers.

Some good advice on here. Just to add a few more tips:

Break the journey into chunks (your route plotter won't handle plotting the whole route from the Bubble to Colonia anyhow). And you might as well call in at stations on the way: Mammon, Rohini and Gandharvi are pretty much on your route. And if you have a catastrophic accident along the way, you will respawn at the last station you docked at, so docking at stations is a way of "saving your progress" (and offloading cartographic data you'd otherwise lose). Some people are under the impression that you will respawn at the nearest station, but this only applies if there is a station in your current system. So you won't suddenly fast-forward to the next station if you lose your ship when you're 51% of the way there.

I see that a link to the Spansh neutron plotter has been provided by Ebel. ED's built-in route plotter will use neutron star boosts (if you have "use jet cone" switched on), but only if they're very close to your direct path: the Spansh plotter does a much better job of seeking out neutron stars which are "off to the side" but nevertheless close enough to be useful. But you'll have to keep alt-tabbing from ED to the plotter and pasting in the name of the next neutron star. Try both, and see if the saving in jumps is worth the hassle for that leg of your journey. Some areas of the galaxy have more neutron stars than others (especially closer to the core), and it helps to have a long jumprange so that the plotter can more easily "join the dots" between neutrons. If you find yourself leaping from one neutron to another, you'll make good progress, but you need to keep an eye on your fuel situation! Neutron scooping doesn't replenish hydrogen fuel.

You might as well do a bit of sightseeing on the way. I've been following the Distant Worlds 2 route in a Krait Phantom, checking out their waypoints (I did take quite a bit of damage with a high-G landing at The View, but at least I got to synthesise and use repair limpets for the first time). I got to Omega Mining, then took a detour to Rohini, where I booked a ship transfer for a cheap AspX that I intend to use as a "space taxi" to fetch other ships from the Bubble. When I return to Rohini and set off for Gandharvi, I intend to check out the "collection of wonders" at Skaude AA-A H294, which is about halfway between Rohini and Gandharvi. I expect I'll also be checking out the next leg of DW2 when they move on and publish the next set of waypoints (in the Special Events section on here), even though they're not heading for Colonia AFAIK, so the detours will get bigger. Something to do while waiting for the next transfer of the AspX between "go fetch" missions.

Now he tells me?
<I'm somewhat mid way to Colonia>
