need help for scenario 9

For me, with this one the key was researching the animals currently in the zoo to improve the education rating. The low education rating brought the guest happiness down and resulted in a lot of refunds.
First, you should pause the game and sort out all the issues.
When you first start the zoo has stands ready for the education TVs. Place one on them all and set to the relevant animal. Then train all the vets and get them researching the animals up to a point where the rating is improved.
Place at least 3 more small staff rooms. Make sure they aren't too close to guest areas or that too will result in refunds. Set the staff rooms to the type where it helps re-energise the staff quicker.
I think the water purifier was resulting in negative impact and needed moving a few metres further to stop that. I had to leave the transformer where it was and just accept the negatives from that.
Bring up all the animal happiness ratings as much as you can. The siberian tiger exhibit was too small so dragging out the walls to take some of the water at the back of the enclousre and then removing the swiming pool and filling that hole in got that sorted. Do the cheap fixes for all the others like terrain paint. There's no enrichment items at all to start with but with the vets reseaching keep revisting that and add to habitats as you get them.
Increase all shop costs by £1.50 to £2, but add the "some" condiments to improve guest happiness.
Make sure you don't forget about the 5 exhibit animals. The temperate and humidty needs to be set and that is an instant boost to animal happiness.
Place the missng gender in each exhibit too and get them breeding. I sold the offspring for extra cash.
Only unpause and focus on the 2 new animals when you've sorted everything else. By pausing you'll reduce the time losing money.
Use the 2 empty exhibits for the new animals. Use the concrete one for the Orangutan and the other for the Cheetah. Extend the Cheetah one to include some of the water - utilise natural water where you can rather than placing water pumps and troughs as there is a cost to refilling those.
Don't increase the staff pay for a couple of months and when you do only increase until it goes green. The staff rooms will go some way to improving staff happiness without having to go straight for the payrise.
