Hardware & Technical Need help picking a decent flightstick

Hello guys,
I ordered myself a TrackIR 5 and now i plan on buying me a new flight stick because my current Logitech Extreme 3d Pro is pretty old and has some issues.
So far i found the two X52's and the X55 but i can't really decide which one to pick and which one would make sense.
What is the difference between the X52, the x52 pro and the x55 that justify the price differences?
I want to stay below 200€ and i just need something durable that is better than my current one especially in terms of precision because mine has a few deadzone issues and reacts overly sensitive sometimes.
I would be glad if someone could help me. Suggestions for other sticks are also appreciated, but i would like to have one with such a throttle control.

regards

I got sick of waiting for the x55 to arrive in Norwegian shops (it was suppose to arrive in June, it has still not been in stock as far as I can see), so tomorrow the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog package arrives :D costly, but from all I've read it's going to be legendary. :)

Nice! I hope you enjoy it, but you may want to pick up a pedal set too.

I feel I'm hijacking the thread now, but right now: one thing at the time. There is the famous WAF to consider ;) so perhaps after the next paycheck, depending on how much overtime I'll be able to clock in this month.

The Thrustmaster hotas would be the top notch but its way too expensive for me. ^^
I was actually reading alot about those sticks in the last hour and it looks like the quality of the x55 is not as good as the one of the x52 pro.
Atm i tend to get the x52 pro because it seems like an upgraded version of the x52 that fixed alot of issues but i am still not sure.

Its not cheap really, price wise yes. Its pretty heavy unit, your not having to worry about moving it all over the place, when your in a intense battle. I keep it apart and put the keyboard in the middle.

Good to hear. Is it all plastik? How is the accuracy and how sensitive is it? Is it really easy to use or is there some resistance? How is the driver and its settings?
Also the amount of buttons seems to be really low. 3 buttons and one little stick on the joystick seems to be a bit low.
I am probably going to use it for ED, SC, Arma 3 and War Thunder.

I see you guys talking about pedals. What is the point of buying expensive pedals? Those from Thrustmaster or Saitek that you can order are pretty expensive i mean 105€ just for a pair of pedals seems insane.

Check out the yutube video link I put up on my first reply.

Since no one else here has mentioned it... CH makes a wonderful setup for a little bit more.

CH Fighterstick
CH Pro Throttle
CH Pro Pedals

those 3 items combined with Track Ir/EDtracker and Voice attack ($8.00 USD) make a combination that would only be surpassed by substituting a Oculus Rift for the head tracking.

i literally NEVER touch the mouse/Keyboard beyond actually starting the game.

Since i want to stay below 200€ i can't really get the CH products. The throttle alone is above 200 already. TrackIR 5 is already on its way though.

did not realize there was such a huge market up in Europe for CH products( i knew there was a markup.. just not that big)

i got my CH kit for just at $300.00 USD ... thats about 238 Euros. for all 3 pieces.
