need help with main menu

every time i load up elite. the game ask me to check email to verified the account. i have done this 3 times since yesterday. it asked me again.
i had this game for years never had to do this before. wondering if this is on my end or on there end. it works after i put in the code in. but i got to do it every time i load up the game.

Sounds like a bug, it has never happened to me in all the time I have been playing despite logging on from numerous different networks and installing on an entirely different PC, I have never had to verify. I do understand it can happen often if you have two game accounts, you haven't recently purchased a second account have you?

no i not played this in a long time. i got horizion and only played maybe 2 days of that. and i ended up moving. this is the same motherboard and cpu that i was using when i got it. it might be a bug. i know i moved out of state. but its asked me 3 times yesterday. and it did it again today. i got back into it cause i got a hotus finaly on its way and i wonted to set it up for the vr.

In that case, make sure you are using the correct login. I had this problem years ago and discovered I was using the incorrect details. You can check this by logging into your frontier account on the store.

How did you make your initial purchase, through steam or direct from the frontier shop, and if so are you still using the same method of login, not mixing steam and the store login client?

If you got direct from FD did you get the latest client from FD? They have just go over to having a digital currency in game so this may need to update your security details.
