Orca is the most usefull passenger ship from the three.Orca & Beluga are large, Dolphin is much smaller, than Python (currently the best ship 4 outpost passengers). Seems 2 me, that something smaller, than Orca is really needed.
Since he asked about *passenger* ship I assumed he cares about *luxury cabins* specifically, just wondering why need to land at outposts too...If you want a multifunction ship, the Python is the one!
Why do you specifically require ability to land at outposts?

I guess because locking yourself out of docking at around two thirds of the stations in the game is a bit self-defeating.

Orca being a large pad ship will always be an issue.
Pretty much like the missing Panther Clipper and the Moray Starboat
why would you use the phantom over a python?Krait Phantom is your medium passenger ship. A decent looking fast ship with very good jump range and of internals for passenger cabins (quite comparable to internals of Orca)
