Zoo Tycoon Needing help

I bought zoo tycoon for the 360. I just bought a one and i remember seeing something about upgrading it to the One. How do I go about doing that? i called Xbox themselves and they had no idea what to do

I don't think there's a way to upgrade a 360 version to Xbox One unless it's a promotion that Microsoft or a retailer is doing.
