Powerplay Nerfs to Archon Delaine

I found some old pics from PP which show Archon Delaine has been nerfed much harder than I though.

He originally has an increase of 25% to black market prices in his control systems, and 20% in his exploited.
As of patch 1.4 this has been changed to 0% in control systems, and 10% in exploited.

Here is an old pic of ALD

Black market prices reduced by 20% in exploited systems.
That was buffed to 5% increase in black market profits.

At the same time ALD still gets the 20% bonus to bounty hunting money, plus 20% if you are pledged, plus 100% increase in bounties, plus another 70% if hey are ranked number 1, plus another 100% if you are rating 5.

How can ALDs bounty hunting bonuses not be touched the whole time PP has been active, while at the same time, the 10th ranked power is hit with nerf after nerf?

Other than continuing to defy the wishes of the developers to have Delaine removed from the game, I can see no benefit to being pledged to the Kumo Crew.
The only reason you would go to one of his Control systems was for the increase in black market profits. With that removed its pointless.

complaining that his 100% rating 5 ALD bonus is replacing the 20% not stacking with it, like it stacks with the other 100% and 20% bonus.

I don't know why ALD needed a buff in her bonuses among everyone else.

Then again, I don't know what having a bonus that is noticeable is like either.

The extreme imbalance between the two expansion methods and the two fortification delivery methods would require a look as well.

Thing is. I can understand the decrease, although not agree with how it was handled, because the main culprits were the Imperial Slaves and Torval in the equation, not Delaine's bonus.

But why did ALD had her own bonus changed from a negative to a positive one?

Not to mention that Delaine's bugged bonuses regarding production weren't fixed as well.

Yeah seemed to be fixing the wrong end of the problem, as wasn't the BM bonus intended to be for fencing stolen goods rather than smuggling
ALD's bonus stacking still seems absurd

To be honest, I was going to make this the last straw for me in terms of PP, but I really want to see what Sandro/Brookes can pull and justify as fair, so I'll reserve my leave for that special occasion.

Well, your annoyance on the matter has been getting progressively apparent and I really don't have any arguments against it or that it isn't justified, but your presence around these parts would be missed just as much as your overall lack of activity in the general discussion.

And I am lucky and honored to be the first Archon Delaine coordinator(along with a member of The Code assisting me before we as a group left).

To see Archon grow over 20 cycles and seeing the crew defeat one obstacle after another is truly a beauty, also that members of the crew took initiatives and became coordinators themselves, and some becoming even more active and knowledge than I am.

It's heart-warming.

I regret nothing even if I do take my leave.

At first, I didn't leave with The Code because I fear that our leave will break Archon, and I felt guilt in that regard.

But now I know for sure that the Kumo Crew has solidified itself, it's almost like seeing a child of my own riding a bike without support wheels.

Well so far the most pressing PP issue for Sandro has "sniping". An issue that was as hotly debated as the number of angels that could fit on the head of a pin, although the outcome was far less impactful.
