Neutron field location?

how dangerous is it anyway to jump on a NS (i did have some NS and BH encounters so far but not as main star - at least i dont remember)?

Arrive with zero throttle and you'll be fine. When leaving I engage FSD until full charged and while it's doing that point at the new target, once charged blip throttle to max to engage.

White Dwarves are more hazardous than Neutrons IMO so I always face away and throttle up with them.

+1 on that, plus it's very nerve wracking jumping into a White Dwarf system and seeing this white musket bullet heading straight at you.

Only ever dangerous in s NS system if it's got a eal close binary star on the side you're coming in on. When you come in because of the binary it chucks you about 0.05-0.07Ly forward of where you'd normally come in. Still not enough to knacker you though.
