New AFMU engineering effect: Weapons-Focused

The most annoying thing about running a ship built to have its shields come down is the damage your weapons inevitably take. Manually repairing each gun constantly is just a nuisance.

So how about this? Weapons-Focused AFMU engineering increases the effectiveness of repairing hardpoints AND makes your AFMU automatically repair retracted weapons. Rather than having to manually toggle repairs on each and every weapon between fights, you can just withdraw your weapons and your AFMU will automatically repair all of them! That might only add up to a few percent each time, but that really adds up after a while.

This change alone would go a long ways towards making hybrid builds more viable in the current meta.

In the last two combat CGs my ship has lost shields and been down to between 60-34% hull several times with no reported weapon* damage at all, so inevitable might be a bit strong.

Of course as weapons are still powered when retracted this idea requires a basic change in how AMFUs work.

*Actually I don’t recall any module damage/malfunction warnings, there are a lot of hull and module reinforcements fitted.

It mostly happens if you carry repair limpets. I have a T10, for example, that runs with about 500 shields and a class 8 biweave AND a class 7 repair limpet controller so I can regenerate health at 19/second max when the shields are down. It works pretty well except for the fact that my weapons are malfunctioning constantly.
