Yep, and last time I tried that I even lost my local storage. Which meant that I had to recreate all my Coriolis builds.

Does that work now? When I tried it, it didn't, which was the point I gave up with it.
Not for any well written sites that you log into (as settings should be stored on the server, so the cookie can be sent to your browser again). It may affect sites where you don't log in, or that do only rely on cookies. In practise, I don't find it affects much - I clear out cookies quite regularly as their main use is in tracking and advertising.
You can usually select what to delete when you reset - things like local storage are not normally cleared by default. Coriolis using the HTTP address to store the configuration. Something else must have happened.

If it needed local storage, you wouldn't see it (it does use local storage, but deleting it won't affect your ships).
Now the old bug forum has disappeared, and there is no link any where else I can find to tke you to the new one. Have to type in https://issues.frontierstore.net/ . Have to agree that the new system is a pain in in the ass to navigate, read a post close it and you are sent back to the first bloody page.
Personally I find the new reporting system terrible for one simple, highly specific, and selfish reason:
I used to browse the bug reporting forum and know what bugs everyone else was experiencing and if bugs I experienced were already known about.
But now it's all on a different website, I can't be bothered to look.
Can't even be bothered to go through the process to learn how to use it and report bugs anymore.
Obviously, this has nothing to do with how well it works as a system.

Also not much point bug reporting if you no longer play the game
Since I started this thread I have not posted a single bug report, though there are many, and because the new bug report section is not intuitive I don't even go there to see what is currently being reported. (Like the new DW2 Decal is backwards on the left hand side of ship, is that known ? I don't know myself)
I have now wised up to the fact that this new method of reporting is to cut down on FD employers time going through all the bugs that were reported(many of them multiple times) so I can see the benefits, but also the downside.
(p.s. I also stopped spending on ED months ago.....)
