While building I got the idea of making a drinking fountain on a building. Like the ones you sometimes see in different decorations. I was inspired by some pics i found from "de efteling"

Brilliant. Would add to the simulation, as some wouldn't want to buy water, so you could sell more expensive water bottles for those who would look for water fountains if they're placed.
Or decorations, like the air conditioning units don't cool buildings, but add the believability.
