Seriously..... your event is really wonderful and ED desperately needs this sort of thing. I wish it occurred more often, and yes, it is a massive and thankless undertaking. It is obvious that you all deeply love this game and that is very inspiring to me.

He can be re-skinned, including made to look just like a Pilot's Federation commander. At this point, just getting "him" operation is more important than merely cosmetic concerns.

The difference is my AI isn't just stale written lore. Mine will be able to talk to real commanders -- and blow them up. Preferably, in that order.

As a dungaree wearing, vegan worshipping, proud social justice warrior that is a self opinionated but always correct bootlick, known for always right speaking, being non-denigrating but hugely condescending and a politically correct persibling, (person is so sexist) I support the right to have a non micro-aggressive PvP event within the following safe space boundaries:

swear filter on
to carry out a non-political but cause supporting campaigning which must include an almost religious belief in non-science based climate change
respecting everyone's rights, except those I disagree with
not to claim victory unless everyone wins


This should ensure that no perso….persibling will feel left out, a loser or have a need to git gud.

I shall be seen sitting on a beach, near a glowing log fire, strumming a guitar that I cannot play humming "we shall overcome"

But I'm not sure I ever heard of an overlord who managed to troll an entire galaxy before! :D

No good will come of this AI enaction! I speak as a Cmdr out of range but I do encourage any Commanders in the right region of space - and able to influence events - to do all they can to halt this outrage.

Regarding controversy, there actually has been some event drama come up on the discords regarding whether my side is obligated to disclose which microcontroller transport ships we are flying in advance of the event.

Why the controversy? Since, Mr. Null, you have the very best PvP pilots on your side, Would it simply not matter what ships they flew because they could "own" anything? Heck even a Farragut thingy, whatever? Commanders Harry Potter, et al, will be bored out of their gourds anyway. Might as well use a stock sidewinder to make it more interesting for them. Wouldn't want them to run crying to their mommies squealing that Zarek Null promised them pie and all they got was broccoli would you?
