With the custom scenery folks now branching into making working rides for RCT3, this opens up an entirely new ball game for those making such original rides as an Eyerly Octopus, Mini Himalaya, Drop towers and rides that have been missing from the game. In fact I will go out on a limb and make a prediction that within a year or two, there will be more custom flat rides "CFR's" as they call them then the original rides included in the game. In a sense, it only boils down to, when the publisher will release RCT3 into the open source domain as a game that is free and open source as the developer long gone, has not made rides or new scenery for a very long time, and with thousands of scenery pieces, and now the new rides, RCT3 is more by the community than the original developer and publisher. So my big question on the marvelous topic of new CFR's is when can we see RCT3 be released as open source public domain software?
