New Gamemode Idea (Multiplayer)

Hey there,

I got an incredible Idea for a JWE Multiplayer Mode.
I think everyone can renember the hunt for indominus and that's my idea!

A new mode called "Jurassic Hunt" oder "ACU alarm"
It's for 8 (or more players)
-1 Player is the Commander: he provides one of his islands for the game and has the same view like the command center in jw (map + multiple cameras and views of the other players). He has to track the dinosaur for the ACU Players and to give the Information to kill or tranquilize the trouble making dinosaur

-6 are ACU players (could be filled up with AI): they do their Training in the ranger-station until they got their task from the Commander. Then they drive (maybe with the 2 ACU cars from JW) to the target and shoot her (or tranquilize)

-The last one is the dinosaur: he got the ability to choose a dinosaur and to make trouble. He is the hunted and has the task to stop the ACU from catching him. After her got cought, he has to choose another dinosaur from another category (like small herbivore, medium carnivore,...). He can only choose the dinosaurs the Commander has in his park.

-The game: consists out of 1 game with a maximum of 6 rounds. Every round the ACU tries to stop the dinosaur and every new round the dinosaur becomes a new dinosaur.
A new round starts as the dinosaur is catched/killed. The game is over if all ACU Players are killed or the ACU Players defeated the dinosaur 6 times.

After that a new game starts and the roles are given to other players.
If dinosaurs are killed in the game, it doesn't affect the provided park. So if the game is over, the dinosaurs and park are the same like before the game started.

Rewards:
-maybe some money for the own park
-new skins for achievements like "win 10 times"

Now I want to know your thoughts about it and I hope one of the devs could see this too.

This is easier said than done. The game is focused on park building and management, not real-time strategy+First-person shooter.
And you seem to be forgetting this factor: The DLC's each player may or may not have... Player's wouldn't like it if they can't participate just because they lack 1 dino that can only be found in a DLC.

Then again, the bottomline is that JWE is a park building & management game, not RTS/FPS where MP is applicable.

That's true, but it's only an Idea (a kind of crazy one)
I don't think the lack of dlc dinos would be a problem, because they're allready in the game files. So everyone can see them if unlocked. So it would even be more positive for the Dlcs, because non dlc Users could Play as the dlc dinos (if the Commander has them and maybe got interested in them

AFAIK, the JWE DLCs are not in a users game directory if it isn't bought. So in the end, as per your idea, Non-DLC owners basically have no access whatsoever.
EDIT: If the DLCs are in my game directory, regardless if I bought them or not, I should be able to at least see them during in-game, while not be able to access them, but since I can't see them at the least, the assumption that they're in the game directory is false. The game directory updates themselves only after a DLC purchase.

Oh, I didn't knew that. Because I had instant access to the Dr wu dlc after buying it and I didn't recognize any kind of download going on

I guess I was wrong, I stand corrected. Just checked the game directory, the DLC's are there in the JWE/Win64/Ovldata folder. However, while they're there, the content is STILL invisible while in-game, so basically they're blocked from access.

Maybe it would be easy to unlock them for this Mode and still block for the other modes.
