I sincerely hope there is a 'None' option for ketchup with fries. This will be a bug report if not ! Forget the water rides, the woodies, all of that, ask for the true features !

So super zooming in I've got the following newly revealed shop names:
- Loony Balloons (I'm guessing the pun is intended)
- Hotdog Squad
- Just a momento (souvenir rather than ice cream
- Monsieur frites (probably going with a Belgian fries theme)
- Gulpee (I'm not sure that there will be two different stalls, more that they have just used different liveries for each shop - as you can do in Alpha for most of the shops)
- Mexelente
- Tikichiki
- Street Fox Coffee

The shutters are closed on the Mexelente and Cosmic Cow stalls in the background which is interesting.
Are many of the building objects new? The stairs are new, but I don't think I have seen the gargoyle head before either. What about windows and doors? Is that a new path texture too?

Where do you see the ice cream shop?
I've had limited time with the game (Thrillseeker over here), but I'm pretty sure the gargoyle head is part of the medieval/fantasy theme. I think there are several other pieces similar to it as well. Can't speak for the other objects, though!

And its a nice thing we can "customise" the toppings like the ketchup and the salt and stuff
But it seems we can't add stuff to the menu this time like we could in RCT3? (like adding a medium fries, or just adding another "small fries" and rename it to "french fries" to make it seem there are more options?

Also, I noticed two possible easter eggs (Frontier tend to put those in every picture this last week).
1. A possible new ride/coaster in the far right background?
